A gentle flow that will prepare your body to rest and restore. We will inhale peace and exhale all the cares of the day. Drift to sleep as you are prayed over.

Optional Props: pillow, bolster, blanket. This flow can be done on your bed.

Recommended Oils: Lavender, Melissa, Camomille, Cedarwood
